We specifically needed a SUV and that is what we reserved. When we went to pick it up, they did not have one. The clerk told us they accept all reservations whether they have the car or not. This is the second time this has happened with Enterprise. It is the last time we will reserve a car with them.4.0 Mediocre

Drop off was easy.Cons:
Pick up was disorderly. Car was not clean inside. I even verified they had time to clean it well because it looked like they had just ran it through the carwash. He said yes. When I got home I spent an hour cleaning it because there was trash and obvious smear marks on the windows and such from the previous user. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic with COVID-19 this was highly disappointing.Budget

I didn’t get a vehicle. There were only two vehicles available and I was only eligible to get a van. I requested a car for gas mileage and a van was not an option. Also, there was only 1 staff member working. Poor management at that location.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
Drop off was easy. Pick up was odd because I was told they didn’t have the correct SUV I ordered so I was going to be given a larger vehicle. I didn’t want a larger one so I said I would take a smaller for gas mileage. I was then told I could just wait five minutes and the vehicle I originally ordered would be ready. Then the worker went behind the store and drove around the suv I had ordered. I just found it a little strange. Why didn’t they give it to me in the first place?Cons:

It would be great if Hertz and Kayak comminicated better so that the needed information was given to the customer when booking online. We ended up having to cancel our Kayak reservation and book directly through Hertz because of this issue which took about an hour to resolve.3.6 Poor

I wish the rental location was open later as I got charged an extra day. I wanted to pick the car up at 7pm and return the next day which would have worked perfectly but the location closed at 6pm. Ugh10.0 Wonderful
