Pros: They were Very Helpful! When I ask a question She was Very Knowledgeable in other words she knew what she was talking about. I've been to places were I've ask a question about the renal Car and returning the car the person said Oh I didn't mean That I Meant This!!! Short wait to receive the Car! And being a Holiday Week we had a Very Nice Car. My Overall Review would be EXCELLENT:}

Ask more questions and look after your money!
Pros: Pick up and drop off were fine, car was ok, just as we expected. We rented a car for one week firs, then we called and extended our rental for 4 more days. But when we dropped off the car we got a receipt with charges for two full weeks. When we asked why, we were told what no matter how many days of the week we used the car, they will charge for a full week anyway, Than my husband asked to get this car back, so we can use it for 3 more days since we paid for it anyway, Herts agents refused , saying our rental is over. We got no car and were charged for it anyway. So watch for your money, ask how much you will be charged and get it in written too!
Cons: Overcharges without warnings or explanation.

Pros: I liked the chairs in the lobby. They where comfortable
Cons: Had to wait for hours to get noticed, wasnt successful in renting the vehicle, needed a credit check!??, poor customer service.

Hertz does not honor kayaks rate
Cons: What's the point of planning ahead and booking if when you get there for pick up there is no car available. There is no car available at all, not only at this location but all surrounding locations. I was there for over 2hours until finally getting a car. I missed my meetings and had to reschedule. It was a mess.

Pros: Customer service reps at desk were polite; gave me leeway on return since they were very late getting car read.
Cons: Car ready 1 hr 17 min after reservation time. Didn't warn me that tank was not full. On stop by to clarify gas issue since not told of partial tank and nothing on paperwork, supervisor wanted me to understand original delay, ie that only had one guy to prep cars, busy (mostly with LIFT pickups). Not my problem, No reciprocal understanding that pick up time arranged to insure plenty of time for me to take elderly parents to doctor appt. (Arrived at appt with only 4 minutes to spare). Didn't not compare to flawless customer service I've received at other Hertz offices in area. Again, reps at desk polite. Car fine. No owners manual nor window cleaner liquid.

Good price customer service could have been better
Pros: The car was clean and at a great price
Cons: The person that help me when I got there said about 2 words to me so I had to ask questions since it was my first time renting a car. Would of been nice to be informed without having to ask.

Worst customer service at my drop off location
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: The location where i dropped it off at was the worst experience ive ever had. The man who helped me was rude and pushy. Not only did i bring the car back fine , but with a vacume inside and a full tank of gas. But this guy told me since there is dirt in the back of the car, that he would have to charge me $75 extra to wash the car. That made no sense to me nor did it make sense that i would have to pay $75 for a car wash. You can detail a car for that much. I took pictures of it. He made me have to go next door to a restaurant and wipe down the dirt in order to give back the car. How is this okay??? Where did i sign up to have to wash a car that i dont own or pay $75??? Never again will i use Hertz.
Pros: I loved the fact that all the Employees was really nice and helpful. Service was quickly and simple. They allow me to choose the car I wanted. As soon my i purchased online , get there within 10 min and drove off within 15min. It was perfect. Love it it was easy and fast.
