Pros: How the hertz rental site( Joe's service station at 100 midstream rd in brick nj) where the rental was very helpful. They helped the confusion that hertz customer service caused. Where customer service dept tried to get them to tell us there wasn't a car to switch to. Took the time to get on the phone with customer service to ease the situation. How they took on the money differnce of the rental to the bigger car to get us on our way. Overall i give them a 5 star rating for there help
Cons: Didn't like how we rented a six person car and got a five seat car. The customer service tried to give us the run around that they couldn't help the situation. They claimed that the rental site didn't have a car to switch to but they did. How if this could take up to four hrs to complete the switch when the they found out that the rental site had a car to switch to. If it wasn't for the rental site we would there for hrs. Also the language barrier of the customer service tech didn't help either. Was hard to understand the conversion. It seemed to come down to the bigger vehicle cost more that hertz wasn't gonna eat the cost that rental place should which in the end they did to get us on our way Overall hertz needs to improve problem solving.
Pros: Nice crew of young employees willing to go the extra mile to make renting a car a from enterprise a positive experience. Very fair prices and accommodating with regard to return times. No surprises
