The guy at the drop off was rude and not helpfulThe price I paid did not match the price quoted by kayak. I paid over $300 more than originally quoted for a 2 day rental.

Great customer service! Wonderful carThe representatives who checked us in and out were extremely friendly and polite. Because we had to wait a little extra time they upgraded us to a Mercedes. Drove the country in style! When we needed to extend the rental for a few days they gave us no hassle at all.

As easy as can beshort wait at the counter, as opposed to a couple of the other rental agencies. I got a free upgrade since the car I reserved wasn't ready. It was clean and in excellent condition. Returning was a fast and easy process.Nothing.

Good vehicle, great serviceService quality was good. Swift check-in and checkout. Car was clean and well-featured. Comfortable ride - we drove 500+ miles over 7 days and had no issues whatsoever.WIsh someone had walked us through the features of the car, so we didn't have to look in dark corners for a USB socket or a car charger port.

Nice car with plenty of room for luggage.We oversee the fuel level in the between the car and the inspection sheet. After we left the airport we only realize there's a difference, only half tank in the car and was mark full tank on the inspection sheet. When we returned the car the inspector insist that we top up as per the level mark on the sheet :-(( and do not want to listen to our protest. I agreed that it my fault but i feel that the rental company must also made sure the the records are done correctly.

very good car rental, portable wifi not so muchthey upgraded us free of charge to a premium van that had gps.the portable wifi we rented from them stopped working after 2 days.

When I returned the car there were only 2 people tI really liked the people who booked us in and got the car for us.When I returned the car there were only 2 people to assist and 1 would not leave the office. We could not find a space to park the car and had to circle their lot 3 times. When I explained I was next to the only service rep he said there were 3 ahead of us. I said we need to catch our plane and we left the car in space 111. He said they would take care of it and send our receipt--- no receipt has come. I want a receipt
