Cons: ***Gas tank could not be opened to refuel before returning. At drop-off, the second attempt by the Budget employee was successful only with the help of a screwdriver to pry the tank cover open. Then, we were told we would have to go to a nearby gas station an fill the tank ourselves (we are talking possibly 2 gal), and then come back to return the car. Otherwise, we would be charged a $20 refueling fee. The whole drop-off process took almost an hour. Come on Budget...give the office some customer service latitude.

Debit card does not work
Pros: I used my debit card to pick up my car but it cannot pass the SSN check since the system is for credit only. I successfully used my debit card to complete all online process and there is no any notice telling me that until I walked 30 min to pick up the car and then get stuck there for an hour.
Cons: They gave a car without cruise control and they did not inform me even if they knew I was going on a 800m drive. They offered me satellite radio for example but they never thought of offering me a cruise control even at higher prices. I realized way to late that there was no cruise control, while on my drive. When I asked for a different car even in a different town they claimed there was none. The car I had was vibrating really badly at higher speeds (I am not sure if it was the mirror or the door) and the speedometer was jumping over 2-3 miles at these speeds instead of being continuous...This car had a milage of 33K but it drove like it had 130K. I would have never taken it in a long drive if I knew how it drove. I was hoping I was bringing it back in one piece. I will not rent again from this company.
