Cons:
Due to over booking, we didn’t get the vehicle or anything close to what we booked. Got a extremely small SUV. Extremely uncomfortable and not so enjoyable ride.8.0 Excellent

The only thing which could be improved was the car smelled of someone smoking in it. As a nonsmoker, I don't appreciate the smell. In addition, the car manual was missing.2.0 Mediocre

Cons:
You need to make it more noticeable on line whether you are booking at the airport or another dealer. We inadvertently had selected another dealer and when we tried to book at the airport Enterprise wanted to charge me $500 more - ridiculous! When we finally got to the other dealer the agent had the car running for us so we didn't notice that he didn't leave the keyless remote in the car. We were half way at our destination before we realized it was not there. This was a big inconvenience because we had to go back and get it. Overall not my best experience with EnterpriseBudget

Staff very friendly. Pickup and drop off both easy. Car was clean. Steering properly aligned (I am a stickler for this).Cons:

The car size was what we expected and the service was quick and courteous.Cons:
The car was not clean especially on the outside. Car was spotted with dirt and the windshield needed wiping down. We did it ourselves. On the inside we found a paper bill between the seats and napkins in the glove compartment.2.0 Mediocre
