Budget's problem....customer inconvenience
Pros: the employees were very nice.
Cons: ***Gas tank could not be opened to refuel before returning. At drop-off, the second attempt by the Budget employee was successful only with the help of a screwdriver to pry the tank cover open. Then, we were told we would have to go to a nearby gas station an fill the tank ourselves (we are talking possibly 2 gal), and then come back to return the car. Otherwise, we would be charged a $20 refueling fee. The whole drop-off process took almost an hour. Come on Budget...give the office some customer service latitude.
