Pros:
Staff was friendly and helpful. Pick up time took awhile and they did not have the vehicle I booked, but was able to work with me and gave me a good deal with something similar or yet better. Drop off was easy and quick.
Cons:
The vehicle wasn’t thoroughly cleaned (saw few stains on leather seats, dirty foot prints on back seats, and the drivers seat belt had a strong perfume smell. So I had to clean and sanitize myself esp during this pandemic I wanted to make sure everything was wiped down good before my road trip. It seemed like the car was just used before pickup so it looked like they did a quick wipe down of the car before I took it. In the end, I’d say the cleaning part could have been better.
