Pros: Car was only 16K miles, Hyundai Sonata 2016 . This is good.
Cons: Absolutely horrible Pikcup-Dropoff experience. Hertz associate we met can not focus on client and make her work fast and effective way. She asks a lot of stupid questions which have no relations to car rental process, she left her desk at least 4 times to talk with someone in another room, as the result a routine procedure of a car pick up takes up to 25 (!!!) minutes. The same situation was with a car drop off.
I know this Hertz location several years - my advise to avoid to use it. By the way, pay a very special attention to the return day date. If it is Sunday - they will cheat you adding the Sunday as a hole rental day< actually they will steal your money. I've never met this practice in any other Hertz location

i did'nt have the car cause i have a debit card
Cons: They wanted a credit card to pay the charge due and i can't pay it because i have a debit card.
So i did not have my car for the week end and i asked that they refund my money but i don't have any answer...

Pros: Lazy staff, they dont speak they just point at brochures and laminated policies for you to gain knowledge about there way of business. Debit card thing they dont tell you about is really annoying too. Staff seems like they have little knowledge of anything in life at all, nor do they seem to care about there job.
Cons: Hertz rental building interior was shotty looking, place was understaffed in general, will not ever go back, enterprise next door is night and day more helpful, quick, and valuable.

Give these guys a break!
Pros: The Ann Arbor Hertz site is clearly understaffed and doesn't have enough vehicles. We rented two cars (one for our family's use during our whole visit, and a second for me to run up north to visit a friend. Three out of the four times we were in the office there was only one agent who was juggling multiple clients and the phones. They were great when we had their attention, however.
Cons: Neither car we rented had been detailed and on the one we have for the whole trip the passenger side mirror was broken and had to be manually adjusted. Agents were overwhelmed.

Cons: We didn't get the SUV booked and no cost adjustment made.

Worst rental ever
Pros: Renting with hertz ruined my trip, I didn’t like anything.
Cons: I picked up my car and immediately the car started having mechanical issues. It’s like they didn’t check the car before I left the hertz location! When I called hertz to let them know it wasn’t working they didn’t have a car available to exchange. I had to call customer service and drive 40 min to another hertz location and downgrade the car. Later on in my trip there was a mechanical issue with the exchanges car and I had to do the same thing (drive to a far away location and get a different car). I wish that I had just gotten a reliable car to begin with. Renting with hertz ruined my trip!
Pros: Great people, good car for a road trip. Sorry that one way cars are so expensive, but I understand why!
Cons: Some surprise costs when I had an equipment problem, but a good compromise was made (I did not take their insurance but used my own). Their management was helpful and kind and shared expenses with me.

Pros: Very helpful staff, nice vehicle (received an upgraded one for same price), moreover they picked me up and dropped me off. Couldn't have expected a better experience than this one!
Cons: No clean cars available when I arrived. Was told they believed my reservation was cancelled and gave away my car. I arrived during business hours but was rushed out by the clerk. Ended up driving a dirty and old car for a week.
