Just be careful Enterprise likes to use scare tactic marketing with insurance. Require insurance card and an up front 150-209$ deposit. Which they hold for 72 hours after returning car5.6 Fair

Reserved a "Compact SUV", received an Nissan Armada (for those not familiar - similar to Chevy Suburban - BIG 8-cylinder 16 mi/gal SUV). All leather, luxury but smelled hideously! Could only ride with windows down. Febreeze did not help, either. And it was a 7-day rental...8.4 Very good

Pros:
When we arrived there was no one at the counter. After waiting ten minutes, the agent came and was downright rude. Although we had booked the car in advance she claimed there were no cars on the lot for us to take. We were left stranded without transportation. I was highly disappointed at how we were treated and would not recomend using them. Additionally, I had purchased an insurance policy with the car and only the car rental was canceled not the insurace I booked. I would like a refund for my insurance.Cons:
