Pros:
Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.Cons:
They would not rent me a car without a “credit card” even though my Visa debit card worked just fine for Kayak to make my reservation and charge me $88 for the insurance I ordered for the car. And I requested a refund, but of course that’s a different company, so I have to take it up with them. I emailed the insurance company with no response!2.0 Poor

I did not get a rental he called me at 2pm which was my reservation time to tell me they didnt have pick ups.Cons:

I attempted to book online 2 times (on the Enterprise Site), I got all the way to payment and whack, disconnected. I follow-up with a call, disconnected! I guess you no longer need/want my business.10.0 Wonderful
