Pros (+) Location was good, close to most everything we were doing.
Cons (-) Website says Pool and Hot tub with full custom Breakfast (additional fee required). None of this was available upon arrival. VERY Disappointed, would have gone elsewhere.

Pros (+) It was convenient to all parts of Louisville. 15 minutes from all of our destinations. I left my computer charger in the room. I called the next day and they sent it to me 2 day FedEx at their expense. Excellent!! Thank you.

Pros (+) The location because I was going to Kentucky Kingdom. The staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) There was no breakfast. Housekeeping didn't even clean our room. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Didn't use the pool but it was tiny.

Pros (+) Louisville was a half way meeting point for a group of friends from Ohio and Tennessee. When we were not out site seeing it was relaxing to just hang out in our room- it was quite homey. One time after having been on our feet all day, we entered the hotel through the side door and realized there was a pool of which we had not noticed when the reservation was made. Lucky for us there was a Target n...
Cons (-) This is not a complete negative, but at one point we wanted to go to pool and saw that there was a mob of teenagers already at pool (probably there on a school trip). There may have been 20 and having a little too much fun for us to want to interupt, so we returned a few hours later and the kids had left quite the mess with towels and safety equipment. Not any fault of the hotel staff.
