Pros (+) Well ,im not blameing the motel for the missing remote, somebody probly took it home with them, why would snomebody want to steal a tv remote
Cons (-) Ice machine was out of ice but they had a full house that evening when i was there, the ole ice machine was working overtime that day, just had to come back 20 minutes lator and got ice

Cons (-) The bathroom was disgusting and bedding smelled funky, the pillows were tiny and on top of that we got locked out of our room for almost 2 hours... staff was uneducated on how to fix it so had to wait for maintenance to come to the motel.

Pros (+) This is a great hotel. All the rooms were recently remodeled. No carpet in the rooms which is so much more sanitary. The hotel staff was super friendly and had me checked in very quickly. Great location right of the highway. Oh and they have hotel staff on 24/7!!! Will be staying here again my next trip to Louisville.

Cons (-) Employees and the environment inside and out. Actually checked out day early and went to another hotel.

Pros (+) It was close to expo center.
Cons (-) The room was filthy. It was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke terribly. Half of the lights did not work. Had not been vacuumed, toilet dirty and everything was sticky. I would never stay at a super 8 again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Cons (-) After having reservations , tried to give us a room with no AC and offered a box fan. One towel to share for 2 days. No breakfast food except a loaf of bread We were forced out 3 hours before checkout because we were in owners daughters room and she was coming back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!
