Pros (+) Standard room was a bit small (4th floor) as compared to other Best Westerns we've stayed at in the past, but nothing crazy or highly disappointing. Overall, everything was great. We will be staying there again.

The third negative thing is that the carpet, in front of the air conditioner was wet. Cons (-) The front desk woman at check in didn't seem to know what she was doing when it came to an online reservation. The maid service was knocking on our door at 10:30 am when check out wasn't until noon.

Pros (+) The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Those were the main 2 things I was concerned about. The location was decent, right off the highway pretty much. The breakfast was better than most I've had, and the staff was pleasant.
Cons (-) It's says that there is an outdoor pool but there is not. That's OK, my main concern was the indoor in case our plans got rained out. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent. Great customer service. Louisville has a lot of great tourist attractions!!
Cons (-) No microwave in the room, but mostly I didn't have enough time to see all the attractions the city has to offer.

Pros (+) The price was decent. Shuttle doesn't run late. Staff was very professional. Overall decent. When I mentioned my concerns, the front desk apologized, and informed me they were remodeling extensively this summer. I would consider coming again after remodeling.
Cons (-) Bed was sagging, room was older, and furniture was aged.
