Standard convention hotel with bridge across to convention halls. $40 self park is steep. $45 for valet. Laminate room floors vs traditional carpet. Renovation of 1980’s (?) hotel retains older tubs and toilets. I found that you gave to have a paid membership to streaming services,e.g. Netflix to access. Restaurant has limited breakfast menu. Big lobby bar.

Pros (+) Hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Front desk apologized in advance for any disturbance due to their continuing renovations, and told us they would be limited to 9 am to 5 pm. Since we were mostly away during those hours, and the noise was minimal, it was no bother at all. I really appreciate their being proactive and informative.
Cons (-) The music in the restaurant was too loud for our taste, but others seemed to enjoy it.

Cons (-) I was kept up all night by the steam heat valves. There seems to be a pattern in reviews that if you are in a room ending in 26, this is the case. When I went to the front desk, they seemed to know and just gave me another room. This is obscene. Nobody should be assigned rooms that they know will keep you up all night. Additionally, the construction in the lobby and changing of locks make the over...

Pros (+) It was semi-centrally located, a nice hotel and the restaurant food was decent.
Cons (-) I made my reservation based on a call to the front desk that confirmed they had a specific cable package, which, upon arrival in my room, the hotel did not provide. It is not a big thing, in the grand scheme of things, but it was quite irritating and avoidable.

Pros (+) The location is good.
Cons (-) The room was dirty and we couldn't get them to come clean it. They said they were busy. The maid would knock very early then we asked her to come back later and she never did. The manager was very rude when we asked about the cleanliness. There wasn't enough hot water at all. It was very disappointing especially considering the price for our two dad there.
