Took over 3 hours waiting to receive the vehicle during pickup and when we did it was the wrong model class; should have be full sized SUV, but was originally given and small SUV. Dollar definitely needs better staffing at Lihue location. I have no complaints with the SUV itself but the initial delay spoiled my experience with Dollar.Reviewed Jun 1 2023

Waited in line for at least 20 minutes. After we were assigned a car, it took another 40 minutes before we got one. The car was fine and very economical to drive.Reviewed May 7 2023

The service was fantastic. The pick-up and drop of was simple and quick. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the fact I was charged an extra 33USD for picking the car up early. I dropped the car up 3 hours early so I didn’t go over the 48 hrs. This wasn’t mentioned at the time otherwise I would have challenged itReviewed May 4 2023

Car was great, service staff great, drop-off great. Unfortunately long queue to pick up car, which took quite some time. It is quite clear what time the planes arrive, and how many vehicles are booked, so this shouldn't occur. We had also prepaid the car, so only needed to show licence and sign off, but had to wait in queue, with others who either hadn't paid yet, or hadn't even booked.Reviewed Mar 19 2023

A/C quit working and the car lost power going up hills, had to exchange the car. After we got the second car all was good. We had no issues getting the exchange accomplished other than the inconvenience.Reviewed Jan 28 2023

Waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes before reaching the counter. Staff were unpleasant to the point of rudeness. Didn't respond to questions...had to ask twice. Type of car that was ordered wasn't available or ready for some customers. Yes, it was busy with long lines...but that's no excuse to not meet basic expectations for courtesy and customer service.
