Cons:I received a conformation and show up to the rental with no cars available I lost 2 hours plus Uber rides because of that. I also paid for insurance that charged me so now I have to go through that process.Reviewed Jan 26 2021

Cons:I made a reservation for 1pm in Miami Beach at 4332 Collins Ave. I arrived at Alamo at 1pm. There was a line of 100 people and only 2 people working for Alamo. I waited for almost 2.5 hours and finally got my car at 3:27pm. You owe me for 2.5 hours that I paid for but didn’t use plus wasting 2.5 hours of my life.Reviewed Jan 2 2021

Pros:Nothing - location hard to find, no cars available after making advanced registration, no warning to customers it would be 4 to 6 hours to get a car. This location was horrible.Cons:The location could have ensured my car was not given to someone else, along with the 5 other people there they told the same thing, after advanced reservations were made. I had to Uber to the MIA airport to pick up a car - will Alamo cover those additional costs?Reviewed Feb 20 2019
