Cons:I paid for a large SUV ahead of time and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told there were none in stock and I would have to pay to “upgrade” to a minivan. Cons:Location at terminal closed, no signs to tell you where to go. Ordered a full size SUV and was provided a small suv. When questioned about full-size I was told, because it had 7 seats, it was full sized. Will never be renting from dollar again.Reviewed May 18 2021
