Unprofessional agents , they charged me more than the double amount for two days and I returned the car after only one day . Awful customer service and even the supervisor and very late response and way of deceiving customersReviewed Nov 23 2025

The initial car was filthy inside and out….it was covered with some type of sticky, impossible to remove substance. The staff reluctantly switched cars, but not without a bunch of grumbling and a long wait. On the plus side, the drop off experience was seamless and the replacement vehicle, while smaller, was adequate. I recommend renting from another provider.Reviewed Aug 4 2025

I was very disappointed. I reserved a suburban and then Avis said I’d reserved some small car in spite of my confirmation affirming my suburban reservation. I had to pay for an upgrade for something that was still less that what I originally reserved. Won’t be going back to Avis.Reviewed Jul 29 2025

I had the front desk women try and fight me because I asked for an e receipt!! I recorded her and her manager was just as worst!! I’ve asked for a regional manager to call me!! This is ridiculous and uncalled for!!! Avis is the worst!!!Reviewed Dec 10 2023
