The initial car was filthy inside and out….it was covered with some type of sticky, impossible to remove substance. The staff reluctantly switched cars, but not without a bunch of grumbling and a long wait. On the plus side, the drop off experience was seamless and the replacement vehicle, while smaller, was adequate. I recommend renting from another provider.Reviewed Aug 4 2025

I was very disappointed. I reserved a suburban and then Avis said I’d reserved some small car in spite of my confirmation affirming my suburban reservation. I had to pay for an upgrade for something that was still less that what I originally reserved. Won’t be going back to Avis.Reviewed Jul 29 2025
