Lower Insurance cost, it was way too high. That particular vehicle had an obstruction when taking the foot off the break pedal. I had a somewhat long shoe. Could be very dangerous in certain situations.6.8 Okay

Car was returned, gassed and given to me, filthy. The Car had low tire pressure which I didn’t notice until I got on the road. When I asked for a new, they advised the had to Check it out for damage”. What? Replacement Car had bad steering... thought Hertz was a gold standard in rental... not so much,8.0 Very good

The staff didn’t have our vehicle. They tried charging us 20% more. No one assisted us in getting a vehicle. An absolute nightmare. Everything closed by the time we found out we weren’t being helped. Left stranded without a vehicle. It was horrible. Kayak and Enterprise should work better together and enterprise should be ashamed of themselves.8.0 Very good

Staff was nice and helpful, despite offering an "free upgrade" that ended up costing more in gas.Cons:
The car was really dirty. I waited 20 minutes after my pick up time. I would have preferred to keep the car that I originally reserved vs. getting a "free upgrade" for a less fuel efficient car.2.0 Poor
