I like that I had other options for transportation at the airport when Hertz quoted me a price 150% over the price of the reservation I made.Cons:
They could have provided me with the vehicle I rented at the price I rented it. They didn't, even though I had a copy of the reservation on my phone, so I left.2.0 Poor

We had to wait 30 minutes for them to have the car ready even though we had a reservation. They gave us the car with 1/4 tank of gas. When I asked why we weren't getting a full tank they said we could but it would be a longer wait time. I have never rented a car with less than a full tank of gas. I was very appreciative that I got a car because they were hard to come by.Cons:
The car was not cleaned prior to me taking it. It also had small roaches in the center console, back seat, and door jams. My son had a roach on him while I was driving the car. I contacted Hertz customer service and the rep said to email customer service online. They responded and stated that I should have contacted emergency roadside assistance. Needless to say I got the run around. I will not use Hertz again and will not recommend them to others.Alamo

The local agency was closed when we arrived and we were not able to pick up our car. The next day they did not honor the price that we had reserved the car for so we did not rent from them. Went to Enterprise instead and had a much better experience.2.0 Poor

The whole process was so easy and fast. Booked my rental online. Went there to pick it up and the lady was kind and sweet and everything was very fast. We were out of there within in like 10 minutes Enjoyed our rental . I would definitely be booking with Avis in the future.5.6 Fair

The Kayak price wss $95 and after i picked up the car i noticed i was being charged $146. When i dropped off the car and spoke to the Avis rep she got it down to around $100. I still felt kind of ripped off.2.0 Poor
