I think the company is ridiculous. Only 3/4 quarters of a tank of gas a they considered that full . I was hit with a ton of BS hidden fees . The car for the money was a disgrace . You can’t get ahold of anyone from customer service. I was highly disappointed an will probably never tonite hertz again unfortunately.Reviewed Mar 18 2025

Advance check in was easy. I rented via car rentals.com. That was a pain since you can't contact hertz directly if you have an issue with a late plane or canceled flight to tell them you aren't coming. Did save a bunch of money with prepay.Reviewed May 28 2024

The rental office was not at the airport. Had to arrange our own transportation to get the car. Even though this was a pre- paid rental, the Hertz office still came up with additional charges. Added charges that I did not want or need after telling them I did not want the insurance. My fault for not verifying when signing but was told the $200 charge on my card would be refunded when the vehicle gets returned.
