Picked car up at 5:30 AM at Tampa Airport. Found only one staff member to assist with pickup. She was very polite, courteous and did ger best with a new software system. I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. The representative at the Brandon, FL location was incredibly helpful, customer-focused, and accommodating. When I returned the vehicle in Killeen, TX, I received the same high level of service—friendly, efficient, and professional. The people at the first enterprise we went to were too busy, unhelpful and gave away our rental car. Took us three hours to find a big enough rental. We reserved the rental June 20th for a family vacation. Really at a loss they gave away our vehicle. We finally found one at another location after going to four locations with no large vehicles. We then paid 300$ more for not even the same car we originally rented. Really disappointed.Reviewed Jul 8 2024
