Pros: I expect the categories listed on this survey to be present in any business I frequent. The category that is important to me and is not in the survey is the attitude and demeanor of the staff at the car pick up locations. I reserved a pickup and I expect to get my reserved pickup. I have no interest in explaining why I choose a pickup, why I need one and if I have one at home. ( 58 year old male customer) I am talking to a clerk at car rental office and it is no business of this person what my personal likes and dislikes are in a vehicle. For over 3 years and 20 or so rentals - every encounter has been this psychological probe & discussion and an attempt to get me into some other vehicle. The latest altercation was some young person aggressively attempting to shake my hand and run the encounter - like he was running for office. This alpha male , over assertive and aggressive behavior has only made the experience worse when he didn't want to give me my rental pickup that I reserved because I wanted that vehicle in the first place. It is of no concern of the rental staff to probe my intentions on my rental selection. BTW, the two times I was actually able to rent the pickup, it was parked at some other location and took over a hour to get to me. I made the rental reservation weeks in advance....why was not this vehicle - in both cases - not ready for me ?

Cons: Had to pay a $200 deposit, which was never mentioned online. The insurance I bought online was not from enterprise. And the enterprise shown online, was not at the airport.

Enterprise needs to make the kiosk experience fast
Cons: There aren't enough kiosks, and the kiosks have too many screens, several screens could be consolidated.

Pros: Reasonable pricing for upgrade.
Cons: Entertainment system did not feature Bluetooth connectivity.
