There was little to no information on how I should find Economy. When I called, the man tells me that 'you know that we don't have your car' and it would take an hour to get my car. How would I know? But if you don't have my car, then I'll take another car from the lot. So I travel to the lot after an Uber takes us to their lot. He meant to say 'we have no cars right now, no idea when we'll get any cars, you may be 2nd on the waitlist, so if any cars do become available, they will be distributed first come - first serve, and I'll be happy to give you your money back now so you can find a rental car for the weekend' instead.Reviewed Oct 22 2024

I guess I should've known economy means cars not good, it got me around but I guess I got my wish but the car seemed rickety and about to fall apart, with approximately 71,000 miles what do I expect, but I really shouldn't bad mouth the company because hahaha I may use it again, sorry for telling the truth!!!!!Reviewed Oct 21 2024

Prepaid rental. Delay in pickup as their shuttle was caught in a traffic accident. They charge a fee if you are late but don't tell you, they just charge your card.Reviewed Oct 15 2024

I had TWO separate bookings, with multiple confirmations. When I got there, the young women at the counter was extremely unhelpful & told me she can’t do nothing for me. Said she couldn’t find any of the reservations. Didn’t even try to offer to book me a new one at the counter, nothing.Reviewed Oct 15 2024

The most bizarre and worrisome car rental experience. I would never rent here again and no idea how this business model works as I can't imagine anyone wanting to business there. Very unprofessional and they take so many pictures of the car before and after and try to sell you way overpriced insurance. A total scam! Make sure you have collision insurance personally to avoid this scam! Better yet, pay more for a real rental car company!Reviewed Oct 8 2024

There was garbage in the glove box from a previous renter. I specifically booked an SUV to accommodate people, luggage, and a baby stroller that I'd be picking up from the airport, and was instead given a compact SUV. It wasn't big enough and the rental company told me I could have a Corolla instead, which was not a good joke. They said the compact SUV was a "similar category" as the one I booked, but it was clearly not what I booked or what I needed. Because of the size issue, I ended up picking up only some of the people from the airport, and had to send the rest on the train into town.Reviewed Oct 7 2024

Economy rent a car, even though off premises, is a short shuttle ride to their facility. Check out is quick and easy, staff is courteous, and they even gave me a free upgrade! Best price in the industry will definitely use again!Reviewed Oct 2 2024

Representative at car rental place was honest. Everything was exceptionally poor. We had made reservation for SUV 1 month in advance and did online checkin submitting copy of our license and insurance several days back confirming reservation. When we reach the airport and called for shuttle, the rental place said that THERE ARE NO CARS AVAILABLE. We said we have reservation, they said they can’t help, no cars came back to give it to us and we should look at other places. Ultimately they said they have a Honda civic that they can give and that’s their last car. We went to pick that up to the rental place which is far not at airport. It was basic model Honda civic so we asked for refund for rest of the money since we paid for SUV, they said no it’s same price we can take it or leave it. He also said that they overbook cars rentals by 25% and everyone showed up so we ended up with no vehicle. We took the car but unfortunately we could hardly breath in it because it was filled with SMOKE. we had to leave windows open for 3 days to be able to breath.
