We requested an eight passenger vehicle but was given a seven passenger with no options for upgrade or swap out. The employees at pick up didn’t care or make any attempt to help find an alternative option. We were willing to drive to another location to swap out cars, but we weren’t given any options other than the car they had. What could have gone better? Giving us the car we reserved. The agent first could not get my reservation then we’re u pick up car is so dark and the agent and I did not see the driver side front bumper had big gap to the side of front bumper. I did not get in to accident or got hit or hit on that side the bumper would be hanging or damaged there was none of that.
