Car had issues, AC stopped working in the middle of a road trip so for 4+ hours there was no AC in the Florida heat. Car was not as clean as it could have been Car had damage on it that just made the car seem older than it was , and due to the AC issue, noticeable damage, as well as lack of cleaning it just seems like the cars are not as well maintenance as they could be2.0 Poor

Kayak did not book rental car at the airport as requested! It was a rental car location 15 mins away! Not good! Enterprise said it happens everyday through third party bookings! We did not use the kayak reservation- Live and learn I guess-Avis

The experience was not very good, the vehicle was not completely clean at the time of the pick up, it had a bad smell inside. In reference to the price for having exceeded the delivery time by 7 hours they charged me an additional day, I do not agree with this collection policyHertz
