Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. We reserved a sedan, however, when we arrived there were not any immediately available. Enterprise offered a van or a truck at no extra charge and we took them up on it. The best location at the ORD car rental center - on the same floor as the airport train station. I rented a Volvo (my other choice of a premium car was a BMW) - first time ever at a rental car agency. That's my favorite part of rental cars - testing out cars. I wouldn't buy a Volvo given the short cabin compartment and now I know that. Great team. Enterprise prioritizes personal care and you may think Hertz or Budget is quicker but it's great to have someone explain the tollpass system and walk you to your car.Reviewed Jan 27 2024
