The car provided had rear-end damage. In addition the windows had not been cleaned. The return location at the Rome airport was not clearly marked.Reviewed May 7 2026

Florence office never mentioned that the Ravenna office would be closed upon our arrival.. that location also had no after hours drop off. I was charged for theft and collision that I did not authorize. I am disgusted with the service and the car. We asked for an intermediate SUV, they gave us a VW golf. Pathetic.Reviewed Jul 16 2025
