Pros:The gal that waited on us was great. She was patient and knew what she was doing and seemed to care!! I think we were upgraded. The car was great and we had it for almost a month. We were able to drop it off at the airport which was convenient.Reviewed Apr 27 2017

NEVER got a carCons:We arrived at the Enterprise in Ft Meyers with a week long confirmed rental to be informed that there was not a car for us. Luckily, we were with my father-in-law who brought us to the rental house. They told us they would call us in a few hours when they had a car. We called several times but they NEVER called us back. We rented from another Enterprise closer to the house but it was over $100 more. Obviously, I would never rent from them again. Would also love to get a refund for the extra $100 we spent.Reviewed Jan 9 2017
