S L E A Z Y ! ! ! ! ! !Pros:We have had horrendous experiences with Enterprise. We only made a reservation because they were the only game available in the town of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. True to form they took the reservation for an SUV, then when the day came announced they had none available and a huge waiting list. This went on for days before we gave up. This is only the tip of the iceberg. In the past they rented us a car with a cracked oilpan. On arriving at our destination we noticed a large pool of oil. When I called they tried to talk me into taking it an hour away to a Firestone shop for repair and spend my vacation waiting for the repair.. Sheesh!!!!They finally agreed to a replacement and then later out of the blue, charged the repair to my card.Reviewed Jan 7 2017
