They did not have the vehicle I rented and told me they had a more expensive vehicle I could pay more for. Then they said they could call around to find something. We went on Friday in person to make sure the van we requested was available given that the previous booking we had to settle for an SUV as the van was not available. Well this time they topped themselves: we went on Saturday to pick up the van but Enterprise was closed. At no point did the clerk indicate on Friday, stressing we went in person, that closing time was 12 o'clock even though we repeatedly stated that we would pick up the van at 2 pm.
