Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Car was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. Great experience. The only problem was with Enterprise itself. I was going to be arriving right at my dropoff time, which was also when the office was supposed to close, and wanted to make sure they knew I was arriving. When I tried calling, I was routed to a general Enterprise phone system and had no way of routing my call to the actual branch where I was dropping off. The automated message told me the office was closed, even though it was before the time when the branch actually closed. Caused unnecessary stress, but it worked out in the end.Reviewed May 25 2026
