We requested a car seat. I called to make sure one would be available. The car seat they provided was cheap and much too small for my son. Nobody at the place even knew how to take the car seat out of the base. Was very disappointed.Reviewed Mar 12 2026

Kayak reservation was deceptive in that we had all CAD as comparing. The address was CAD as was all others. wasn't until we got to pick up the car and we were told US$. Nota great experience.Reviewed Feb 12 2024

Luis in Tamarindo was great! I rented I San Jose and told them I needed to drop it in Tamarindo and then get back to town where I was staying. San Jose didn't let me know that there was a location in town and instead had me driving 1.4hrs to the airport. Luis worked things out and didn't even charge me an extra drop off fee since i only used ¼ tank of gas. Aldo San Jose said I would need a full tank of gas and charged me for that. All worked in the end , thanks to Luis.Reviewed Feb 4 2024
