Hola, mi amiga y yo estuvimos en Guatemala y rentamos el auto por 3 días, el Kia Forte que recibimos estaba en muy muy malas (golpes y rayones) condiciones pero nos aseguramos de revisar muy bien cada detalle y que ellos lo anotaran en su hoja de control, al final verificaron pero todo estaba en nota. Y me devolvieron el dinero, estaba muy asustada por los comentarios de otros clientes. Pero la clave está en revisar, hacer videos y detallar todo! En mi caso me fue bien.Reviewed Jun 24 2021

Cons:terrible, they didn't honor the car insurance we have bought along with the car reservation, had to pay them a very expensive car insurance, didn't get the car we were supposed to get, car wasn't that good, our returning flight was going to be delayed a couple hours so when we picked up the car requested to return it a couple hours later and were told that if so we would have to pay an extra day rentReviewed May 24 2021
