Staff was friendly

Cons:

The pick up Car was filthy, carpet was filled with dog hair. There was food and drink inside the doors and cup holders animal cookies all over. Car smelled of cigarettes. Had the car for 2 weeks couldn’t get rid of the the smell. I had to thoroughly clean and vacuum the car before I’d put my family in it.

My experience with Budget was not good. The customer service was poor, and the car I received was not the correct category I had reserved. Additionally, the car had over 50,000 miles, which was disappointing. I informed the attendant about these issues, but they were rude and unhelpful.
