I would rent from Fox again but I’d be way more likely to rent from Fox if there was a way to use their car for toll roads on only the days when you’re planning to use it on those roads instead of paying for toll usage for the entire duration of the trip. Having to pay for the entire duration even though I only wanted to use tolls for one day meant that the cost was much higher and the value not really that great.Reviewed May 30 2024

Pros:The pick up was horrible! I waited about an hour for in line to get the car. The kids were hungry and tired and I had to leave the line after waiting for an hour, get an Uber to my hotel, leave the kids at the hotel and get an Uber back to wait for another 45 minutes before I could get the paperwork for the car. I will never ever rent Fox rent a car again. Everyone who waited in line said the same thing. I have rented cars many times in the past however this was the worst experience ever.It is better to pay a little extra money but get a good service. Finally, when I got the car, It was not cleaned well at all!Cons:The employees were not pleasant, the line was too long. Pros:The price.Cons:Everything else. The customer service was terrible, the people at the desk were rude, the people down stairs at the pickup were rude and the people when I dropped it off were rude. I had a reservation for pickup at 6:00 pm. I got online at 5:50 and there were 19 people ahead of me with one person working the desk. I waited in line for 54 because they couldn’t be bothered to staff the desk properly. When I did get to the front the man at the desk was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. I WILL NEVER EVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER!Reviewed May 4 2021
