Terrible. I reserved a convertible, months in advance, for a specific reason. I was given a Jeep Wrangler, which I do not like, instead. My 15 year wedding anniversary trip was ruined.

The car was clean and nice

Cons:

They were overbooked and didn't have any cars. We booked a standard SUV and after 2 hrs wait were informed that they only have a minivan for us and we would need to come in 2 days to exchange for an SUV. It was a hassle on our vacation

Nothing to like. Place had 1 staff trying to check-in and issue cars, 15 cars deepnin the process, and they had no cars to rent out. I received a car they had to change before I even left because it had been in an accident that the clerk misses seeing. The car is did take was only 3/8 full. Poorly managed location...avoid using it.

Place closed at 2pm ... i could have never made the pickup.

Cons:

Closing time should have been flagged .. I had to rent another car from the airport - staff would not honor the original deal a day later for the same class of car - car had a dirty windshield inside and out ans had an unevenly worn front tire that made excessive noise

Staff canceled our reservation without informing us. They were rude and unhelpful about the whole thing.

Cons:

I understand being busy during spring break, but calling to inform customers that there aren't enough cars is the absolute bare minimum that they should have done, but they couldn't be bothered to even do that. Horrible company.

The Budget rental was a great experience. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful and helped me get the paperwork taken care of. Every state has different rules and regulations which she understood and explained. The car had about 30 K miles so it had a ding or two that she pointed out to me without me having to closely inspect the car. It was a nice experience with very little stress. Thank you Upon return, the employee at the counter was helpful and pleasant. No questions with the return and was notified by E-mail that no issues were found when returning the car. Help with transportation to our final destination in Ft. Lauderdale. Thank you again for a pleasant experience.

I was scammed over $100 on my car return in Miami. No one there to receive the vehicle so we dropped it off with a full tank of gas that was just filled at the gas station beside the car rental return. My final bill had $103 added to it to top up 7 gallons of fuel. Do not drop your car off without someone signing off your final invoice

Pros:

Despite the fact that I reserved a car 2 months in advance, on the date and time I was scheduled to pick up the car I had to wait over an hour to get the car, thus altering my entire time frame for leaving town on a Christmas vacation with my family. I was very disappointed and will not ever be using Budget rentals again. The employees took their sweet time and had absolutely no concern about my needs and made no effort to accommodate me.
