Pros: great gas mileage
Cons: staff was excellent!
Cons: On sight computer issues for Dollar & Thrifty also available at my pickup sight with only 1 desk person trying to cover all 3 desks severely delayed my pickup for 1 hour after my arrival. Also, sight scheduled to open at 7:30 AM for my drop off, but personnel did not show until 7:45 AM & they just thought that was excusable because they are usually on time!!
Pickup chaos; drop off good
Pros: ultimately, I got a comfortable vehicle with good mileage
Cons: At pickup time, this location was grossly understaffed and had very few vehicles. I ended up with a car that was just returned, so was not cleaned or carefully checked out. Drop off was fine.
Cons: They don't accept debit cards and have a credit score to be approved. A suggestion should be they should run credit before a person shows up to pick up car
POOR SERVICE at the Hertz Depot
Pros: Nice vehicle, wll appointed.
Cons: Poor service at the counter and very DIRTY car. It was not cleaned prior to pickup.

Pros: The model vehicle they gave me was definitely an upgrade. I requested an standard size car and I got a very nice SUV. I was very happy about that!

Pros: If I had not had problems it was a great value for the money
Cons: The left front and back right both had slow air leaks. I added air 6 times during my trip.
The car had an exhaust leak that affected the cabin. I had to drive with the windows open. The fumes got worse when the air conditioning was runnins.

Cons: Even though we reserved our rental a long time in advance, the car we requested was not available. In fact, NO cars were available. Only trucks. And we were treated like something was wrong with us for nor accepting a truck for our vacation travel to Florida. Needless to say we did not rent a truck!
We expect better from any car rental company, let alone Hertz.
