Cons:They ripped me off by Making me pay $65 to refill my gas tank due to saying that there is no gas available in Georgia during the crisis. The very next day every single gas station was open and so that was not true. I only used one quarter of a tank of gas. I am going to never use project againReviewed May 22 2021

Cons:They said they had a minivan at that location. I even called their service line to make sure. Then the branch opened and they called to say they did not have a minivan and did not provide me with any other option. They just left a message saying, 'sorry, we don't have a minivan at this location.' Another call to the service line was totally pointless. Budget Substituted an SUV for a Mini-Van RentalCons:After reserving 3-weeks ahead of time the local Budget substituted an SUV for a Mini-Van rental because they did not have one available at the airport. My sister should have never accepted the SUV but tried to use it anyway to move 20 boxes across the country. Of course the SUV was too small and she ended up waiting an extra day to get the original reservation. No idea if they charged her extra for the exchange.Reviewed Oct 22 2017
