Not a very speedy process
Pros: cute car, nice reps
Cons: Took a long time to get a car and to return the car
Pros: We rented a Toyota Camry and traveled well over 1000 miles. The rental process was smooth and the car was comfortable.
Cons: The car wasn't vacuumed well when we picked it up. We had to send it back to be cleaned.
Pros: Nothing about the company. The car got decent gas mileage. It was dinged up when I got it so I took pics to make sure they didn't try to say I did it. They just hand you the keys without any inspection.
Cons: They are scam artists. Like used car salesmen, you come back and they tell you that you have to pay MORE! I paid for a full tank of gas when I already filled up the tank of gas when I returned it!!! And in CA, gas isn't cheap!
Easy pick-up, easy return
Pros: I went to pick up my SUV on a Saturday morning, it was ready when I got there, except for a minor issue that I was to tall to get into it.
They made absolutely no issue of switching me to a different car that I was able to be comfortable in.
Didn't have the car we reserved
Pros: Nothing
Cons: When we arrived to rent the car we reserved online, they told us they didn't have the car and we would have to upgrade "three tiers" and pay for the upgrade. We walked out and rented a car at Enterprise.
