Despite getting there 5 minutes before opening time, i was made to wait about 10 minutes after opening only to be told that they did not have any cars for me. I am a Hertz Gold Rewards member. They were fully overbooked (15 reservations vs 4 cars) and I was told that I was bottom of the priority list as I was the last person to book a car. I completed my pre check in as it said “avoid the line” and just pick up your car. I already pre paid for the car and when I got there, I showed them my Apple Card via my cell phone as I do not have a “physical” card. They would not accept me not having a physical card even tho it was pre paid and my card was charged—— and I pre checked in! So I had to make a new reservation while I was at the counter, made me run late to my meeting and I had to pay 2 times for a car rental! I will never use them again.Reviewed May 13 2024
