The parking lot I went to get the car had human fecal matter right behind the car I was picking up and it was the mar disgusting thing I had witnessed and smelled in a long time

Hertz was good, but the car I reserved on Kayak was not the car that Kayak Booked with Hertz. Thankfully the Hertz representative fixed it.

Poor customer experience. Long wait time despite the line. Rude agent. Empty gas tank in the rental car assigned.

They charged almost $100 more than quoted. The car was not ready. They made me wait and watch a guy add an entire litre of oil. Was 45 minutes to pick up the car. When I saw my credit card bill after the drop off they billed me $10,851.00 CDN for a 7 hour car rental. I have been trying to get someone to help reverse this for 5 days now. This is not a fun vacation for me.

I ended up taking an Uber to leave to another rental because they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved and wanted to upcharge for another on the lot.

Hertz would not let me rent the car with my Philippine driver's license because I did not have my passport with me. I have rented cars with them on numerous occasions using that license and not once has an agent asked me for a passport. I am currently disputing the amount that QEEQ is withholding from me in the amount of $130 for not renting the car.
