Pros:Staff was nice and friendly.
Cons:The car was not as clean as I expected, there were some stains on the seats or crumbs in between the console. Additionally, even though I had a reservation, I had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving my car. I was about 10 minutes late to pick up, but did not expect there to be a wait to receive my car.

Cons:They didn't have the car I reserved, manager at the counter when I picked up was a jerk, and the car had horrible stains on the headliner. In this town there's plenty of options, go somewhere else. Also, didn't they just file for bankruptcy? It's no wonder why...

Cons:They didn't give me the rental there was a lot of confusion and I need a refund because it was prepaid. I ended up using Avis for the rental.

Pros:Staff is super friendly and easy,. Even though a small operation, kiosk in a hotel, it’s a nice touch to post his number on the counter while down dealing with other customers in the garage. I was able to call him and knowing someone is coming.
Cons:The location did not have the class of car I reserved, ended up I have to pay to upgrade, this is not good for hertz the company, I will think twice when I reserve from hertz.

Pros:The car was clean and nice. The initial clerk was very friendly and helpful. The car selection process was easy and quick.
Cons:I was told at drop-off that there was an additional $53 fee for "taxes. I explained that I had already paid for the rental and even prepaid for a full tank of gas (even though I only ended up using half), but she said this was some sort of additional tax. I asked what it was for and the attendant said she didn't really know and that "they never explain everything to people". I don't think it is acceptable but I didn't want to stay and complain for fear of missing my flight.
