Pros:in and out in a snap!
Pros:The car was fine.
Cons:Avis staff were rude, uncommunicative and unhelpful. Very long wait to pickup car, no explanation, lots of chaos and confusion. Staff were fighting with each other and ignoring customers. Total lack of accountability or basic customer service.
Cons:No car was available. Went to union station for nothing.
Cons:The car snelled like cigarette smoke. The windows were very dirty on the inside. We had to wait quite a while at pick up even though we reserved a car.
Pros:car size . Luckily no line in Payless for pick up - Not the case for Avis
Cons:car rental return process - confusing signage and long shuttle ride to get back (on the last stop - Terminal C)
Pros:The car was great - great value for what I paid.
Cons:The service at this location was abysmal. Cops were called because a customer has "lost" a car. No one was helpful in getting the car OR returning. It took me an hour to pick up car and an hour to return. There was only one person at the counter the entire time. Good value but you get what you paid for with service.

Pros:Jamie was wonderful. I'd reserved the car for 7 a.m. but was dropped off by my Uber before 6:45. Jamie saw me outside in the chilly weather, went and got the car for me and let me start my rental a little early. Excellent customer service.
Pros:Friendly, helpful staff. They made picking up and dropping off the car easy.
