Pros:Great car - thank you! Friendly representatives too!
Pros:My pick-up and drop off experiences were really good. Both people were courteous and prompt. They each took their time to inspect the car noting any dings or marks in and on the vehicle.
Cons:The car I received was less than clean. The driver's seat had burn marks from what look like a cigarette, the odor inside the car wasn't fresh, and the worst part was leaving the rental location only to learn while i was on the road, there was ZERO WINDSHIELD FLUID. The windows were already filthy and had a layer of dirt and dried water marks, but I wasn't pleased to have to make a stop solely in order to clean the car windows, which I assume is part of renting a car...that it would be clean when I pick it up.
Pros:I had to rent a car rather last-minute, and this was the most stress-free and quick way I can imagine. Kayak gave me a great price, and the Enterprise service people were incredibly friendly and easy to deal with.
Pros:Ended up with an upgrade (just lucky). No heavy pressure for this or that. EASY deal.
Pros:I learned two things on this rental: 1) Don’t try renting with a debit card. You can do it, but it’s a hassle. 2) If the car throws a check (not service) engine light, you can trade it out at amy Enterprise location en route for no extra charge. They even gave me a free tank of gas!
Pros:The guy who actually rented me a car made the best of a bad situation.
Cons:I needed a 7 passenger large SUV, and was promised one. When I arrived to pick it up there was none and had to settle for a minivan.

Cons:the car was broken, or not? the display showed a wrong number in the amount of oil left in the car. teach your employee about that and keep it up to date or inform rentor before renting
Pros:Excellent, pleasant and helpful staff.
Cons:On Sunday could not bring the car back after 4:00pm. That meant parking the car on the street in Washington D.C. and moving it by 7:00am even though Enterprise doesn't open until 7:30am.
