Attentive staff, great location in the best part of town, newly renovated comfortable rooms, great value. Dining options were not commensurate with a 5 star hotel.
Rooms clean, big. Staff were excellent
personalised service on executive levels, fantastic staff, great food, great location, choice of tours available, very quiet, great room
We enjoyed the room, once we'd upgraded to the renovated rooms. The regular rooms are dingy 1980s style, but the newer ones (for $30/night more) are very nice, if a bit small. Great views on the upper floors. Close to the museums and a few restaurants. Polanco is a fairly good district to hang in if you're new to Mexico DF. The taxi services they provide are outrageously priced. Don't take them; just wait downstairs for someone to get out of a regular taxi and take it (tell the driver to turn on the "taximetro" if he doesn't). The closest metro stop isn't a very useful one. The lobby is a big slab of concrete, although the statues are nice. The regular rooms they'll put you in initially are nasty, especially for the price, then you have to pay $30 to upgrade. They didn't find my toiletries bag that was accidentally left in the room. :(
Great hotel staff and service.
Staff was extremely helpful in our stay there, I would totally stay at the Hyatt again !! Thank you
great location, very nice staff at check in. I attempted to work out in the gym and could not because I did not have a pair of tennis shoes. Asked to rent a pair and was offered an old pair of shoes that had been washed so many times they were at least 3 times smaller than the stated size. Asked if I could walk on the tread-mill will rubber soled shoes and told that I could not. From what I could see it was a very nice facility wish I could have used it. When I travel especially internationally I only take what I can take in the cabin. this should be recognized as the norm in todays setting and accomdations should be made. I know they do at the JW Marriott two doors down. also the price quoted did not include all the taxes that added up to almost 60 dollars more a night.
Very nice and safe location. Close to city centre. Good place for children too - 5 mintes walk to the park and zoo.
Location, attentiveness of staff and feeling of security were as expected.
The hotel staff was great. They truly seemed to care and I loved how secure and safe I felt. The hotel is in a great location and I truly loved my time there.
Please write at least 15 words location staff cleanliness design. Service The Benkay restaurant
The staff there was amazing. The friendliest maids and all the staff there always super accommodating. I would definitely return there! It's also very close to all the cool parts of Polanca.
Excellent facilities and very helpful staff.
Service, cleanliness of the room, amenities, details on the room Bath towels to hard in the shower
Glamorous surroundings, bit like being in an episode of 'sex in the city'. 'Bruno' would definitely stay here. And so would I .
The Club Members treat and snaks, besides great hospitallity internet is a bit expensive
always one of the best in Mexico City. good location, service, facilities. i recommend it for the slightly higher budget.
Spacy room, nice location, perfect breakfast buffet A little bit too expensive
Very good, but sometimes a little noisy. The walls seem very thin. The elevator wait time was a little long. The two sides of the elevators did not seem coordinated. The walls are thin and noises in the adjacent room is easily heard.
Astounded that on check out was over charged more than $1500.00!!!! Was finally corrected, but reception did not apologize.
Absolutely everything, it is just gorgeous, the views, the room design, the food options, you name it. Nothing to say on this side.
quite new... need a bigger gym....
the staff were outstanding. we had recommendations from several members of staff, and they were all good. the hotel is in a great area, is good value for what you pay, has a great rooftop bar, good food, and we will definitely stay there again, and recommend to friends.
Bed was extremely comfortable. Desk space for laptop was ample. The minimalist decor worked for me. Not sure if water from faucet could be drunken. Small bottles of water were $60 pesos each. $25 dollar breakfast seemed high.
We loved: the location you have everything in Polanco area in just a walk distance. You feel secure and safe, even after dark. 2 large complimentary bottles of water. Quiet at night. Very comfortable bed (though I didn't like the pillows, I prefer flat ones and these were bulky). Mid size room. Blind blocks perfectly light. Complimentary high speed wifi Areas of opportunity: bathroom needed maintenance badly (door couldn't close well, water comes out of the shower through the tiles). Toiletries are minimal (no bar soap). TV could be a little bigger and fit better into the wall (cables were exposed). Room's main door gap with the floor was big and noise entered easily. No parking lot, although if you ran with luck you can park in front of the building.
