KAYAK

Pros:

Long, long lines, 1 person at desk, no one answers the phone for 2.5 hours. I was 10 minutes late because of traffic/surgery got charged a full day.

Cons:

ANSWER THE PHONE!! Have more than 1 person at desk. Don't fall for the low price BS. Rent where you can return after 5pm.

Pros:

Nothing in particular. Except for it being near a gas station making it easy to fill before returning.

Cons:

More staff to help the customer. There was a one man show goin on and that’s not ok. Also, the Nissan Versa is complete garbage.
