Pros:picking up the car was excellent. Everyone most helpful. Car was everything I expected and fun to drive. Dropping off car in lot, I did not appreciate being harassed by the return agent while I was trying to get my 3 pieces of luggage organized, and loose items stowed away, like my GPS. I only asked for 5 minutes, but agent would not leave me alone. However: All in all the best experience I had renting a car at Sanford in a long time.Cons:Keys were a wad in my pocket for the entire week. Had to stuff them in a pants pocket wherever I went. How about some thoughtfulness when giving out 4 separate items on a braided steel cord that will not compress flat. Perhaps, give customer the option to "cut the cord" at the counter. Particularly for people dropping off at the pickup point.Reviewed Feb 4 2020
