Pros: Palo was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful at check out.
Cons: New(ish) car had gum on the floor carpet pad in back right side. Didn't care for the slight "scare" tactics for purchasing the EZPass temporary card. Would have been best to have toll details for direction heading (costs), as well as ability to get change at the check out counter. Kind of weird to be required to leave the last gas receipt in the car (and be within 10 miles of airport)! Thank you ~

Pros: The value and the interior cleanliness of the car was good, as well as the return of the vehicle.
Cons: Although I don't expect perfection for the price we paid, I shouldn't have to spend 30 minutes taking pictures of the exterior to document damage, especially in a dimly lit area in the evening hours, and then pointing all the damage out to the exit guard. We had a two hour drive after we landed and this was an unnecessary delay. The vehicle had damage on most every side, but primarily the rear which appeared to be collision related. There was also adhesive marks on every door and trunk opening. Based upon my profession, it appears to have been evidence tape. In regards to the damage, it was not functional damage, but to provide better customer assistance and convenience, a damage report should be provided to the customer documenting existing damage so only non-documented damage need be reported upon exit. Although this was Florida the heavy bugs could have been washed from the front of the vehicle.

Pros: Clean comfortable car
Cons: Original contract was for $264. We were two hours late dropping off the car and the bill came to $344. Felt that was a bit unfair.

Pros: I feel like a got a pretty good deal, but the service was not great.
