They did not have the car we wanted and they have the wrong phone number that they claimed to have called us on. However they asked for my number to check in. Wrong phone number on file but correct number when we check in. Just disappointed that we did not have the car and our plans had to be cancelled because of it.Reviewed Aug 4 2026

The team at the Orlando airport were incredibly kind and helpful. I mistakenly booked at the wrong airport, the check in employee so was kind in assisting me, the customer service rep I had to call was extremely helpful, and the parking lot employee met me with kindness as well.
