Took 1.5 hrs to get a car, the customer service at the desk was moving at a snails pace and we were in the middle of the line. Could not imagine how long it took for the last person to get a car. Did not have the car we ordered and then was charge over $100 in fees when we dropped it off. I guess its a bunch of fees for doing business at the airport.2.0 Poor

Literally nothing.Cons:
Everything. The guy was an hour and a half late then just said, “Oh well you shouldn’t have been able to book it earlier.” No apology, no discount... It ruined our whole day because we were two hours late after he had to drive us to another location because the one I reserved the car at apparently only had a 12-passenger van he kept trying to get us to take. location was inconvenient but the staff did their best considering.Cons:
The car was in bad shape . It sounded like the wheel bearings were completely shot and front and rear fenders weren't attached and were flapping in the wind on the freeway. It did last for the rental period but I wasn't sure it would.8.0 Very good

Teka was very friendly and helpful. This car rental company is off-site from the rental center to provide lower rates, so the facilities are sparse. The car was great and clean and it was an excellent experience.Cons:
We had difficulty reaching the main number but were finally picked-up at the bus stop at the car rental center. The vehicle was great except for the dirty inside of the windshield.8.0 Very good

Just a heads up. This rental company IS NOT LOCATED AT THE CAR RENTA CENTER. You have to take one shuttle from the airport to the car the car rental center and the call them for them to come pick you up there to take you to their place. I specifically chose companies at the terminal to avoid this, but still got this as a choice only to be surprised once I got to the rental center that it was not there2.0 Poor

It is not at the airport, so you have to take a shuttle. We waited about an hour for the shuttle since there was a long line. We were dropped at the rental car facility, only to find out that Green Motion was at a different location. From there, we were told to call their number and that they would pick us up. They did, and brought us to the sketchy, old, worn building. The check-in process took forever and once we finally got to our car, we noticed multiple issues. For one, the handle of the driver door comes off when you pull open the door. When we put our belongings in the trunk, the back of it was falling apart. The back driver window also was not sealed correctly, so it sounded like it was howling when as you drove. And the biggest problem? The rotors need to be replaced ASAP. Every time we starting breaking, it would have a horrible grinding sound. On top of that, they are open between the hours of 8-4 and apparently closed Sundays? The passengers we rode with had a 7AM flight on Sunday and found that they would need an Uber/Lyft to return to the airport. The only “nice” thing about our experience was the fact they shuttled you back directly to the airport. I would recommend this to NO ONE.2.0 Poor

Very friendly staff. One staff member offered to even drive us to the airport for 10% less than an Uber so we didn't have to wait for one or move our luggage!Cons:
The woman we signed out papers with could have talked a bit slower. She spoke so quickly we had to ask multiple times for her to repeat herself. But she was very friendly and helpful!10.0 Wonderful
